We recognize that the quality of our services is mainly based on human capacity and the experience of our outsourced staff. To ensure the highest level of quality, we have created appropriate measures to optimize staff retention and work shifts. These measures allowed us to guarantee an extremely low staff turnover: 0.1% in 2016 and 0.2% in 2014 and 2012 (this is also thanks to the continuous investments in staff training, coaching and the guarantee of a high quality of life within and outside the workplace).

Since 2017 we have been organizing a series of events entirely dedicated to our staff: the Nikal’s Days, activities offered to our employees, aimed at improving the well-being and care of human relations. In addition to various team building activities organized during the year, we also plan other services for staff welfare: periodic medical examinations, psychological visits, training and continuous coaching, periodic initiatives to help staff to stop smoking and one-to-one and group meetings
